You can simply, give us a call, message us via text or email us. Upon initiating the conversation we can talk about what you expect and should you be willing to move forward we will send over a cost for you to approve. Upon approval, your website will be developed. The process of beginning your website can take under one hour should you approve the project timely.
Our websites are usually $2500 TTD. In some instances, some websites may incur additional costs however it would be clearly stated on your estimate before work is started. This way you are never blindsided by hidden costs or additional charges. Before you start the project, you’ll be aware of the final total to approve or reject.
No, there are no monthly fees. While other companies are stuck charging fees per month or per year for hosting- we provide free hosting for our clients. This is possible because we own our own servers. If you prefer to purchase your own hosting, we can work with your chosen host.
Yes we offer support after the website is built. We have two methods. Firstly, we have our forever free support package which ensures your website is online or any issues that might arise are addressed. Secondly, we have a paid support where your issues are worked on priority. Reguardless of your support method, we always provide support after the website is developed whether you’re paying us for priority support or not paying us at all.
Yes, once we are finished with development and your invoice is paid in full, you have full ownership to the website. Additionally, you would have an easy to use dashboard to easily make changes. This means you never have to depend on us solely locking features behind a paywall or charging additional fees.
If you are not satisfied with the end project, we would provide you with a full refund, no questions asked. However this would mean that the website would be taken offline. This means there’s no risk to you initiating a project with us.
Yes, the design is custom to your business. We will listen to all of your requirements, your vision and work within your brand requirements to ensure your website represents your business well.

For our CMS we use whichever platform you want. We prefer to use WordPress due to flexibility. However, Shopify and Wix are all great options as well. Infact, we are partners of Wix and some members of our team are even Shopify Partners. Got another platform in mind? Let us know and we’ll work with it.
Due to our incredibly talented developers, designers and programmers- we can take as little as 3 days to develop your website. Some websites however may require some additional testing but our process is easy and flexible. We can give you an estimated time if you reach out to us. We will never take months to develop your website.
We simply require 15 minutes of your time initially to speak about your business, what you are looking for from a website and to go over any questions you may have. Once the process has begin, we will simply require less than 10 minutes of your time occassionally to go over the work we have done. You are free to review the work on your own time and then send us the feedback at your convenience.
Of course, infact we allow unlimited revisions. Our process is extremely collaborately so we value your feedback and ideas. During each round of revision we are eager to know what you think and how we can improve the design to bring it closer to your desired product.
After we launch your website, you can begin attracting products, running ads or simply promoting your website. Not to fear however, we are always here to assist with updates, work out any bugs or answer any questions you may have moving forward for free. We are your webmasters and won’t be going anywhere.
